Delivery, Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges

An estimated production time will be shown on the website for each product in the product description.
Your delivery date will be dependent on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the following:
- Material we hold in stock
- Availability of material we need to obtain to fulfill your order
- Our current volume and complexity of orders
- The type of delivery option you have chosen, where applicable
- The speed of any external delivery partner we use
Once we have received your order and payment, we will get in touch with you, normally within 48 hours, to provide you with an estimated delivery date based on the factors above. If we require measurements, we will request these from you and will need to receive these prior to giving you an estimated delivery date.
If delivery by a specified date is essential to you, please include this information in the Order Notes while placing your order. We will endeavor to meet your specified date where possible and will advise you if it is not possible.
Any estimated delivery date that we advise is not guaranteed and we accept no liability for late deliveries for any reason.
In the event we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date that we give you, we will advise you of the expected delay where possible and we will endeavor to deliver your item(s) to you as soon as possible.
All deliveries are sent with Standard Shipping unless specified to using a
Tracked and Signed service.
You acknowledge the right of international customs authorities to inspect all package and documentation and for customs to open any package for examination and 2Maki shall incur no liability of any kind as a result.
Any custom, import, duty or any other fees and taxes are the responsibility of the
customer, 2Maki cannot be held responsible for any charges that are incurred.
Please check with you local law with regards to buying and importing good from he UK so that these do not
come as a surprise.
Everything we make is custom-made to order. As soon as we receive your order, we begin work to obtain the materials needed, so as to avoid any delay in production of your item(s).
As such, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been received and no refund is possible if you change your mind about the order for any reason.

Returns and Exchanges
If an item arrives damaged or is missing any parts or if we have made a mistake in processing your order, we will do whatever we can to put things right. You should contact us as soon as possible and no later than 72 hours after receiving your order. Requests for return or exchange after this time period may be considered at our discretion.
Please send an email and electronic photographs to firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receiving your order. Do not destroy or throw away the packaging, as we may require this to process your claim.
Where we are satisfied that your claim is valid, we will endeavor to repair or replace items to your satisfaction.
Other than damaged items, missing items or mistakes we have made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
